Hi, I’m Michelle Pritchard, founder of Aligned Business Consulting. With over 25 years’ experience in the dental industry, I support dental specialists who juggle the roles of owner, manager, and clinician. Through structured, one-to-one consultations and a tailored diagnostic review, I help practice owners and their managers build business systems that are specific to their practice. My goal is to get dentists back to doing what they enjoy—treating patients—while knowing the business side is under control. I’m also the host of Dental Success Beyond Chairside, a podcast focused on the real-world challenges of practice ownership. As a speaker, I most recently presented at ADC 2025 in Perth on sustainable business foundations for dental practices.
