Nat's specialty is supporting autistic women pre and post diagnosis, particularly focusing on improving their mental health and wellbeing. Nat is the creator of the Autistically You journal and workbook. Nat offers in person consults around Mandurah/Perth (elsewhere on request) and online appointments Australia-wide.
