On 23 October 2025, the Business Women’s Collective brought the community together for one of its most cherished annual events, the Long Table Lunch. This year, in support of WA Mum’s Cottage. Set against the tranquil backdrop of Redgum Wine Estate in Teesdale, just 30 minutes from Mandurah, the day was filled with sunshine, heartfelt conversations, and the shared purpose of supporting women and children in need.
Guests were welcomed with a drink on arrival before settling in for a delicious two course lunch crafted by Swell Fine Food Catering. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, with long tables styled beautifully by By The Oak Botanical Stylist, adding the perfect touch of charm to the vineyard surrounds.
Throughout the afternoon, attendees had plenty of opportunities to contribute to the fundraising efforts through a range of raffle prizes and an exciting silent auction, all generously donated by local businesses and supporters.
The highlight of the day was an inspiring keynote address from Myrianthe Riddy, owner of Sea West and Chair of the Peel Development Commission. Myrianthe shared openly about her leadership journey, her passion for regional development, and her deep commitment to building strong, thriving communities. Her authenticity and warmth left a lasting impression on everyone in the room.
The event truly embodied what the Business Women’s Collective stands for, women supporting each other to grow, lead, and make an impact.. The room buzzed with connection, generosity, and shared purpose as familiar faces reconnected and new friendships formed.
BWC extends a heartfelt thank you to Maree and the team at Redgum Wine Estate for once again hosting us so graciously at their stunning venue.
